Optics11, a Dutch based optical sensor company, that has developed technology to place  MEMS directly on top of an optical fiber. The company has a strong research background and is a spin off from the Department of Physics of the VU University in Amsterdam. Products include, apart from engineering services a readout system and Sensors for several applications  (AFM cantilevers, refractometer sensors, biosensors).
