The Advanced Package Center (APC) is an independent company based in The Netherlands. Together with an European based consortium of advanced packaging companies for the IC industry, APC is targeting one-stop shop delivery of research, development, qualification, prototyping and small volume manufacturing services. APC assists customers to transfer to mass production for MEMS, Sensors and advanced IC packaging. APC provides added value from Innovation to Industrialization (I2I).
